Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Ignition Casino. By registering and playing, you accept them in full. We update them from time to time. When we do, existing players are notified, and changes take effect no sooner than two weeks after they are announced, so you have time to review them or close your account before they apply. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and accessing the site from a place where online gambling is permitted. The service is offered where permitted, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you live. By opening an account you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the information you provide is true. Accounts opened on false details may be closed and related winnings withheld.

Your Account

Each player may hold one account. It must be in your own name, with details that match the identity documents we verify later. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under it. Do not share your account, sell it, or let anyone else play on it. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, change your password and contact us immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited once confirmed, and you can fund your account by card or cryptocurrency among other methods set out on the banking page. Withdrawals are paid to verified accounts, and we may apply minimums and weekly caps that are published in advance. Larger balances may be paid in instalments for compliance reasons. We do not act as a bank. Balances are held to fund play and payouts, not to earn interest.

Identity Verification and KYC

Know-your-customer checks are part of holding an account. Before your first withdrawal, and at other times if needed, we may ask for proof of identity, address and ownership of a payment method. Completing these checks early avoids delays at cashout. We may pause a withdrawal until verification is complete, and we may decline to pay where checks cannot be satisfied or where fraud is suspected.

Bonus Terms

Bonuses are optional. If you opt in, the bonus terms apply, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible games and an expiry date. Wagering must be completed before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. Fair Use and Conduct

Games run on certified random number generators or, for live tables, real equipment streamed in real time. You agree not to use automated tools, exploit faults, or collude with other players. If a game malfunctions, the result is void and stakes are returned. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity while we investigate.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts

If you do not log in for an extended period, your account may be treated as dormant. We will attempt to contact you using your registered details before taking any action, and any remaining balance stays yours to withdraw, subject to verification. To avoid dormancy, simply log in occasionally. We will always give notice before applying any dormant-account procedure, in line with our licence rules.

Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

You can close your account at any time, take a time-out, or self-exclude, and we will honour a self-exclusion request without trying to talk you out of it. We may also suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where a player breaches these terms, or to protect a player at risk. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our control, such as connectivity failures on your side. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under applicable law. Where a conflict arises between a translated version of these terms and the English version, the English version prevails.

Governing Language and Severability

These terms are written and interpreted in English, and the English version prevails over any translation we provide for convenience. If any single provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the rest of the terms remain in full force, and the affected provision is read down only as far as needed to make it valid. Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later. Headings are for reference and do not affect how a clause is read.

Complaints and Governing Rules

Ignition Casino is licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Board, and these terms are governed by the rules of that licence.
